Beauty and aesthetics are part of our profession - they are our daily bread. Is that why we feel under pressure? No.

We are not be perfect at all. We are not flawless. Perhaps not fitting to every social ideal of beauty.
But we are ourselves and we have learned that it is not about being perfect with every fibre of your body.
It's about so much more. Personality. It's about character. About authenticity. About inner contentment.

Not only women but also men are addicted to the beauty craze and take numerous remedies against weight gain,
hair loss and for rapid muscle building. The catwalk world of fashion is not even the worst. It is the everyday advertisements, magazines and fashion catalogues that drive it in to extremes. While the fashion industry gives you an illusion of beauty, creating a dream world where others find inspiration, the everyday media present poisonous cosmetics and clothes that we should buy to feel beautiful ourselves. They bring the illusion of the catwalk world within reach and want to achieve only one thing: that we feel miserable and spend money.

When have surgery appointments become as normal as hairdresser appointments? When did it happen that women at our age feel the need to have their non-existent wrinkles injected away? Yes, in today's society it is often about our appearance.
About beauty. Perfection. To a certain extent created by social media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook. Of course, it is also important to us that we feel comfortable in our skin. We do take care of ourselves. Use creams, oils and other little beauty aids to get the best out of us and our  appearance. But how far should you go for your appearance? When does beauty become an addiction?

Coco Chanel once said: "Beauty begins the moment you begin to be yourself." But when do you become yourself?

And what does it take to be yourself? For us personally it needs absolutely no snub nose, no full lips and also no bulging cheeks or striking cheekbones. Call us cheesy, but we truly believe that beauty comes from the inside.

We fully respect when people feel uncomfortable in their skin and want to do something about it. Because in the end it's all about everyone doing what they feel best at and feeling comfortable in their skin. If surgery seems to be the solution, then it's a decision that everyone has to make for themselves and that we absolutely accept.

However, with this text we would like to make you think. Beauty begins in the moment you decide to be yourself.
We hope that the world of beauty will go through a reformation. Because what our generation is currently receiving (also through social media) is wrong. It is dangerous.

Beauty exists and captivates through uniqueness, individuality and uniqueness.
By blemishes, flaws and everything non-standard.

Never forget this and don't let external influences unsettle you!
